You Color My World Valentine’s Free Printable

I’ve always been a fan of candy for Valentine’s Day since I am a huge chocoholic. It wasn’t until I met my husband, who is allergic to chocolate, that I discovered people might not want candy valentine’s treats. If you want to give a nonsweet treat to the girls in your child’s classroom, then this You Color My Heart Valentine is perfect. It is a Valentine’s Day card they can color, featuring one of my personal Valentine’s Day themes to color, cats, along with a tube of Crayola lip gloss.

I purchased the Crayola lip gloss for 50 cents a tube at Walmart. If you can’t find the lip gloss, substitute a package of crayons.  If you use a package of crayons, this idea will also work well with boys in preschool and kindergarten. Need other ideas for using these cards? Substitute a box of (washable!) markers or a tray of water color paints. *If you use the crayons idea, this is a great way to keep the kids occupied for a few minutes during the class party, which, as a former teacher, is always a good thing.*

If you prefer to make these into a treat using food items, add a Fruit Roll-Up, a colored candy cane, or a multicolored gummy candy.  The possibilities are endless!
