Thrill Seeking at Six Flags

We wanted to do something fun with the kids before school started and decided a trip to Six Flags would be the perfect treat. Knowing the kids would be hot, sweaty and hungry after we walked around in the park for a few hours I planned a quick chicken dinner we could use for a tailgating party. To keep things simple I used finger foods, including Tyson Chicken fries, potato chips and assorted cookies that I purchased in advance from Sam’s Club.  By the time we’d ridden several rides the kids were asking, “When do we eat?” I managed to get soaked on Thunder River and told them, “Now! Who’s ready for a chicken snack?” I didn’t have to ask twice before the kids were headed toward the exit.

We had planned to eat at the picnic tables outside the park, but the kids grabbed their chicken fries and settled down in the backseat before I could round them up and direct them toward the picnic area. Feeling refreshed by our meal, we were able to return to the park and tackle the rides with gusto. Because we visited the park on a weekday, the lines were short, meaning we got to ride a lot. The kids dared me to ride some of my favorite childhood rides, like the Swings, roller coasters and all the water rides, while I had made them ride my sedate adult rides, including the train and the sky lift. We had such a good time we stayed until the park closed!

We found signs for Tyson Chicken Fries at Six Flags.

Even though we planned to use our chicken dinner as a picnic, this would be a quick and easy meal on nights when I absolutely don’t have time to cook. Plus, it is much cheaper than going out to eat and takes less time to pull this meal together than making a run through the drive-thru. We packed our meal in a hot or cold insulated cooler and it stayed warm until we were ready to eat. I think these Tyson Chicken Fries would be an easy snack chicken to add to a school lunch, especially since the picky ten year old told me, “These are really good.” When he puts his stamp of approval on a lunch box item I am happy to purchase it for him again!

  1. It’s remarkable to pay a quick visit this website
and reading the views of all colleagues about this post, while I am also
    keen of getting know-how.

  2. Make sure to only use a clean, sterilized brush to brush your lashes
a few times throughout the day in order to stimulate growth and keep them clean. You apply these just like
your eyeliner and this acts as a conditioner to stimulate existing lash growth.
Waterproof mascara, when applied correctly, will not clump your
    eyelashes together.
