Snow Man Cookie Pops Recipe

Is it a dreary day with snow (or rain) falling outside and cooped up kids who are complaining of being bored? Get them busy making Snow Man Cookie Pops. They are easy to make, take only four ingredients and are sure to put a smile on the pickiest child!

Supplies you will need:
12 Cream Filled Sandwich Cookies (I used golden oreos)
8 ounces white chocolate candy bark
1 package (3 ounces) brown Mini candy pieces (like M&M’s baking pieces)
1 package (1 ounce) orange candies (like tic tacs)
12 popsicle sticks (can be found in the Wilton baking section at Walmart)

Directions:
Melt the white chocolate candy bark in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute thirty seconds, stirring after 45 seconds. If not completed melted after 1 1/2 minutes, stir and microwave for 30 more seconds.  Using a knife, spread candy bark across one side of each of the twelve cookies. Immediately add two brown mini candy pieces for eyes, three brown candy pieces for a mouth and one orange candy for a nose. Place in freezer 10 minutes to harden.

Remove cookies from freezer.  Spoon white chocolate onto the uncovered side of the cookie. Place a popsicle stick into the chocolate, making sure the popsicle stick is completely covered with chocolate. Return to freezer for ten minutes or until chocolate is set.
