Discover a Delicious Thanksgiving Dinner Secret From Sweden! Enter to Win the FELIX Giveaway.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. Usually, it’s a time when extended family members gather at our home to share some of our traditional “secret” recipes; brined turkey, glazed spiral ham, 4-cheese potatoes, blue cheese deviled eggs, and more. The table is filled to capacity, our hearts are light, and our bellies are full. We put a lot of love into cooking our Thanksgiving dinner and I’m sure you do too. This year, why settle for bland canned cranberry sauce with your secret recipes?  With FELIX Lingonberry Jam you can take it to the next level.

What are Lingonberries?

These small red berries, which originated in the Scandinavian region of northern Europe, are related to blueberries and cranberries. They have a plethora of nicknames, including cowberry, foxberry, bearberry, and rock cranberry. The berries are not as tart as cranberries but can be used as a substitute in any recipe calling for blueberries or cranberries. Lingonberries make delicious jams, jellies, and sauces.

Why Lingonberry Jam?

This superfruit jam gives you something new to be thankful for this year. Its unique sweet and tart taste is a perfect complement to your Thanksgiving dinner.

Watch here to see what those in Sweden have known about for centuries: Lingonberry Jam is a perfect condiment sure to please even the pickiest guests.

FELIX Lingonberry Jam is more than a tasty pairing with your Thanksgiving dinner. Lingonberries also provide antioxidant benefits and have been recommended on “The Dr. Oz Show.” And FELIX Lingonberry Jam is so versatile. It’s a perfect ingredient for baking and other sweet treats.

A Few of the Uses for Lingonberry Jam

  • Top pancakes, waffles, French toast, or crepes with lingonberry jam.

  • Use as a side with Swedish meatballs.
  • Stir the jam into muffin or quick bread recipes.

Lingonberry Ham Glaze Recipe:

Why not make your own ham glaze with this 3-ingredient recipe?

You’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

    Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add the jam, orange juice, brown sugar, and cloves. Cook, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is warm and sugar is dissolved.
