Banana Smoothies Recipe

I have all kinds of problems getting my kids to eat breakfast. They want something “light” instead of a heavy meal. Here’s a smoothie recipe shared by Grace of Blessed Elements Create that only takes two ingredients!

Ingredients:
2 very ripe, frozen bananas
1 cup Almond Milk (regular milk could be substituted)

Directions:
Put almond milk in blender and add frozen bananas one at a time, using the liquefy setting on the blender.Pour in Glass and enjoy.
Grace says, ” I often have guests ask if I used ice cream as it is that good.”

  6. This looks like a delicious healthy breakfast. And something terrific for on the go. Just pour it in a reusable container and you are out the door. I’d love to add strawberries to it, too.
