Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

This year, when attending our annual Halloween dinner with friends, I was asked to bring a dessert. Usually, this is no big deal. I enjoy creating desserts so I’m always happy to whip one up. This year, however, I had two weeks worth of trips scheduled, along with multiple doctor’s appointments for the kids where I had to be the chauffeur. I didn’t have a lot of time for baking. Instead, I decided to combine my favorite ingredients into these Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies.

They may not look the best but they taste delicious.

Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

The great thing about these cookies is that they only have 5 ingredients. All the ingredients can be stored in your pantry in case you need to make a last minute dessert. You’ll need to plan ahead for chilling, but you can do the prep time in around 10 minutes.

Cooking Tips

*This cookies will begin to soften if left at room temperature. I keep them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
**If you need the recipe to be gluten-free, use gluten-free pretzels.

These may not be the best looking cookies I’ve ever made, but everyone who tried them raved about how good they tasted. My friend even asked that I leave her some to eat later before I left.  😉 What’s your favorite easy cookie recipe?
