Pumpkin Festival, Stone Mountain Park

It may be 91 degrees outside, but that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate fall at the rock. Stone Mountain Park’s annual Pumpkin Festival is back and it’s bigger and better than ever. Guests can prepare to “Play by Day,” and “Glow by Night,” at this outdoor extravaganza. Check out our Stone Mountain Park Pumpkin Festival guide to help make the most of your visit.

Stone Mountain Park Pumpkin Festival

This year’s pumpkin theme is based on classic Mother Goose fairy tales. All of your favorites are here; Humpty Dumpty, Hansel and Gretel, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Arabian Nights, and more. Keep an eye out for fairy tale characters! We spotted Little Bo Peep looking for her sheep. You’ll find a variety of activities available throughout the day, along with special evening activities. The park opens at 10 AM and closes at 9:00 PM so plan to spend the day.
