Peeps Table Center Piece for Easter

by Pam on March 10, 2013

Looking for a cute centerpiece for your Easter table? These Peeps Flower pots can be made in minutes and are easy enough for young children to help. They have a minimal list of supplies needed  too!

You’ll need:

  • Small Colored flower pots (I found mine at Dollar General)
  • 1 bag of Easter Grass in your favorite color
  • 1 (3 ounce) package of Malted Milk Ball Eggs or Jellybeans
  • 1 lollipop stick for each pot used
  • 1 Peep for each pot used

Directions for each pot:

Begin by stuffing a small amount of crumpled newspaper or aluminum foil to the bottom of the flower pot, enough to fill the pot 3/4 full. This is the base to hold the grass. Top with Easter Grass in your favorite color. Sprinkle 8 to 10 Malted Milk ball eggs on top of the Easter grass. Place a lollipop stick in the bottom of a Peep. Add the Peep on a stick anywhere in the pot that looks pleasing to you. I added mine on the side and folded the stick so that the Peep was resting slightly above the eggs.  Arrange on the table and accept compliments on your cute centerpiece.
