If you have a slow cooker you know how easy they are to make a quick meal on days when you are in a hurry. This recipe is even easier because it only takes three ingredients! It’s moist, juicy and has a great flavor. No one will know you didn’t fuss unless you tell them.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (I used mild but use whatever floats your boat)
4 slice Havarti cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Place chicken breast in the slow cooker and cover with salsa. Cook chicken on low heat for three to four hours or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Spoon salsa over the top of chicken and place one slice on cheese on each chicken piece. Serve immediately.
