Encourage Creativity with I See Me & Giveaway

by Pam on November 5, 2012

One of my favorite gifts I received as a child was a personalized story book.  It had my name scattered throughout the story, along with the names of my friends and my dog. I couldn’t read well at the time but I asked my mom to read the story at bedtime every night.  Soon we both had all the words memorized and I could “read” it to myself.  I still have my personalized story sitting on a bookshelf.  I tried to read it to the kids when they were younger but they wanted me to get them one of their own instead.

Since all kids enjoy having items with their names prominently displayed, the collection of personalized items from I See Me makes for Holiday gifts that are sure to please, as long as there is one for each child, of course.  They have all sorts of items, storybooks,  place mats, coloring books, puzzles, gift boxes and gift sets, all available for personalization.

The placemats are made from durable plastic and have a range of styles from pirates to princesses. We received the Pirate placemat. It’s full of cute sea scenes and I liked the size, 12” by 17”, making it large enough to keep spills off the table.  After the kid is finished eating, just wipe it clean and it’s ready for the next meal. It’s recommended for children aged birth to ten. I have a bad habit of accidentally dropping stuff so I *could have* used it myself once or twice.
We also received a personalized coloring book.  I liked how it began by telling a story which included the child’s name and then featured activities using their name.  Two versions are available, My Very Own Fairy Tale and My Very Own Name.  Recommended for children aged two to eight, it contains around twenty pages of coloring and activity fun.

Win It!
One person will receive an I See Me Coloring book and placemat.
